Job description
On behalf of our client based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a :
Personal Assistant (M/F)
In order to support Audit Senior Partners, including the Country Audit Leader in their daily tasks, you will:
• Primarily assist in daily administrative and organizational tasks; such as managing agenda and dealing with travel arrangements,
• Manage expenses reports;
• Organize clients’ meetings and internal meetings,
• Welcome external clients,
• Assist in organizing internal events as necessary;
• Handle inbound and outbound mails;
• Manage telephone calls,
• Write various correspondence and follow up on required signatures;
• Format, edit and print business presentations as required;
• Layout, proofread, check spelling and edit reports;
• Proactively update files and dashboards;
• Archive and file as appropriate.
Required profile
Your profile:
• Diploma related to business administration and/or secretarial support;
• Excellent administrative, interpersonal and organizational skills : excellent communication skills, excellent presentation,capacity of multi-tasking, proactive, rigorous, detailed-oriented;;
• Confidentiality, discretion and ethics;
• Similar experience of at least 3 years;
• Languages : very good level in English and French . Any other language is an asset;
• Excellent command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
This is an opportunity for a temp contract, with permanent contract afterwards.
Salary : between 3,500€ and 4000€ gross per month.
