For one of our clients located in Luxembourg Findel, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for a

Junior Billing Officer Fr-Ang (M/F)

• Establish accurate invoices according to company practices and flight specificities.

• Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions.

• Collaborate with other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies.

• Maintain and update various databases related to contract’s management and invoicing.

• Respond to requests from our co-owners regarding contractual and invoicing matters.

• Create reports regarding the status of co-owners’ accounts as requesed

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

• A first professional experience of 1-2 years minimum in a similar position.

• Fluency in French and good level of English

• Advanced computer proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details

This is a great opportunity for a permanent contract, to start ASAP.

Salary: 3600€ gross X 12 + meal vouchers (10.80)
